HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT

They are also referred to as health risk appraisals or health and well-being assessments. HRAs are the most widely used screening tools in the field of health promotion and work hand-in-hand with Biometric Testing to give a snapshot of overall health and wellness. The first step in creating any wellness program is to determine the general health of your company. HOW will administer an online questionnaire that will ask each of your employees to answer questions related to their health and lifestyle. We will send each employee their individual results, then assess the company’s overall health. BIOMETRICS
Biometric Testing includes programs and evaluations that identify past, current, and potential medical problems such as stress, blood pressure, cholesterol, and body fat levels. At the end of the testing, all results will be given to the individual by a registered nurse or life coach who will discuss and educate the individual on all aspects of the test results. It will also include a nutritional analysis and provide the individual with health education materials. Biometric Testing works hand-in-hand with Health Risk Assessments to give a snapshot of overall health and wellness.
