Health questionnaires are used to evaluate health risks and quality of life, the first step in understanding ones overall health and wellness. They are also referred to as health risk appraisals or health and well-being assessments. HRAs are the most widely used screening tools in the field of health promotion and work hand-in-hand with Biometric Testing to give a snapshot of overall health and wellness. Biometric Testing includes programs and evaluations that identify past, current, and potential medical problems such as stress, blood pressure, cholesterol, and body fat levels. At the end of the testing, all results will be given to the individual by a registered nurse or life coach who will discuss and educate the individual on all aspects of the test results. It will also include a nutritional analysis and provide the individual with health education materials. Biometric Testing works hand-in-hand with Health Risk Assessments to give a snapshot of overall health and wellness.

HOW Certified Massage Therapists use either massage tables or massage chairs to best fit the needs of the individual clients.
